Terms and Conditions for Gem State Tennis Academy
These terms and conditions govern the purchase of lessons, programs, and related services provided by Gem State Tennis Academy. By purchasing any service from Gem State Tennis Academy, you agree to the following terms:
1. General Provisions
Services are subject to availability and scheduling. Gem State Tennis Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or facility availability.
All participants must complete a waiver and release of liability form prior to participating in any program.
2. Payments and Refunds
All payments must be made in advance. Unpaid balances may result in cancellation of scheduled sessions.
Refunds for unused lessons will be granted only if requested in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled session. Administrative fees may apply.
No refunds or credits will be provided for missed sessions unless canceled by Gem State Tennis Academy.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a lesson. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the lesson fee.
In case of cancellations due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, the academy will provide a makeup session or credit.
4. Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that tennis involves physical activity and accept all risks associated with participation, including injury or accidents.
Gem State Tennis Academy is not responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or loss incurred during lessons or on premises.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants and spectators must follow all academy rules and regulations. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
6. Medical Emergencies
Participants must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations prior to starting a program.
In case of a medical emergency, Gem State Tennis Academy may seek emergency medical treatment at the participant’s expense.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, techniques, and curriculum provided by Gem State Tennis Academy are proprietary and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
8. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during registration is used solely for program purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. Modification of Terms
Gem State Tennis Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients via email or the academy website.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.
